Fast-Casual Upscale Japanese Deli

Genji is developing a new deli concept to further our mission to help our customers lead a healthy daily lifestyle by serving the highest quality Japanese-inspired cuisine with all-natural, fresh and nutritious ingredients. To date, we have been very successful in offering all-natural sushi at specialty supermarket sushi bars and sit-down venues.

The new concept takes a cue from our strengths in all-natural superior-quality sushi, but also introduces a wide variety of Japanese-inspired dishes and sides in an eco-friendly, inviting atmosphere. Customers will be able to either eat-in, call for delivery, or ‘grab-and-go with the flow.'

The Genji Japanese Deli, located at 301 Madison Ave., NY, NY, is scheduled to open in January 2009.
