Central Commissary

Genji’s New York Central Kitchen in Long Island City, NY, is an FDA-registered state-of-the-art food-production facility, especially equipped to service large-scale wholesale clients.

The foodservice team at the “NYCK” currently prepares a daily line-up of fresh sushi items for drop-off locations, pre-cuts and packages ingredients to be distributed to retail stores in the Tri-State area, and produces Genji’s own Asian sauces, including our best-selling Ginger Miso Dressing and Spicy Ginger Miso Dressing.
